The Executive MBA course is delivered over the course of two years and incorporates eight taught units and two year-long projects. You will study two units (15 M level credits) each semester – eight units in total - which aim at expanding your current management skills and enhance your awareness of current issues in business and management.

In your first year you will study your first project of the course: Leadership Project which carries 30 M level credits. The unit has two assessment points: a critical assessment of a real leader from an academic perspective, and a reflective paper setting out individual goals in the form of a personal development plan.
The second year brings the Integrated Management Project (30 M level credits) which is the culmination of the MBA programme. It is designed to simulate a realistic management situation, giving you the opportunity to demonstrate the ability to use the knowledge and skills acquired through the taught elements of the course.
