Bridging through focused on providing a curriculum which supported and sustained learner development. Supporting a move away from modularisation towards a more traditional, course-based, approach became a key focus of work in this area.

Developing and implementing the CRe8
curriculum framework including the SOAR process provide examples
of activities undertaken. This was
supported by work on the effective use of e-portfolios to structure, support
and recognise student learning in a variety of contexts and over an extended
period of time.
In this section you can also find information and project reports of important Bridges activities in the areas of Action Research, ELLI - The Effective Lifelong Learning Inventory and other resources.
