Mr Rob Manton, Lecturer
Rob Manton obtained a BA and MEng in Manufacturing Engineering from Cambridge University.
He joined the department part time in 2002 while still teaching at West Herts College in Watford and is now full time.
He currently divides his time between delivering ESF funded short courses and computer games modules.
Rob has worked in the car industry, computer animation, multimedia development and has developed a 3d game using the industry standard Renderware API.
In his spare time, Rob enjoys obscure music, routing (the woodworking technique not the networking process that is) and making cakes with his two children.
