Once you have chosen the course that you want to apply for, whether full-time or part-time, all you have to do is download an application form - see below:
Postgraduate applications (MA/MSc) should be made direct to the University using the standard University application form. There are some exceptions, please see individual course descriptions for details.

Research degree applications are managed by the Research Graduate School
Once you have selected the correct application form all you have to do is fill out the sections in full and return it, together with any supporting documents or information as detailed on the form, to the relevant Postgraduate Admissions Team, as listed below:

You should email the Research Graduate School and you will then be advised on the application procees relevant to your subject area. Once your application is receive it will be considered by the relevant research insititute.
