Georgia Glynn

Research Fellow, Institute of Applied Social Research

I am interested in vulnerable groups and have experience in researching domestic violence and substance misuse issues. My aim is to utilise the skills I possess to increase understanding and enable better provision of services for individuals affected by issues such as these. I am interested in the context of people’s lives and the impact of the support they receive for their problems in such contexts. Fundamentally I want to undertake research that has practical benefits for those being researched, and feel direct contact with service users is integral to this.
