"I am now PA for the Director of the campaigning group Viva!"
Lesley Jeavons loves the fact she can make a living out of what she believes in.
The 32-year-old, who lives in Bristol with husband Corin and son Aidan, works for Viva! - a group that campaigns against factory farming and provides information on all aspects of being vegetarian.
"Making a living from something I believe in is wonderful," explained Lesley. "It's also great knowing that what we do saves animals lives and helps people realise that going veggie is easy and good for them."
"It would be really easy to be disheartened because there is still a huge amount of suffering caused by meat production, but we're quite an upbeat office - otherwise we'd go insane!"
"We focus on our victories, such as stopping factory farmed ducks having their ducks trimmed, rather than the long struggle we've got ahead of us."
Lesley's next ambition is to write a guide to vegetarian slimming and a guidebook to vegetarian restaurants and cafes in her home city of Edinburgh.
"I've already written a recipe guide which I thoroughly enjoyed, so now that I have the knowledge and the know-how I want to put it to use."
