Dr Hsin Chen, Lecturer

Dr Hsin Chen

Dr Hsin Chen is a Lecturer in the Department of Business Systems at the University of Bedfordshire. Hsin has received her PhD from Brunel University and also holds a BSc in Computer Science and Business Studies from Warwick University and an MSc in Information Systems and Technology from City University. She is also a SAP certified associate and a member of the Association for Information Systems.

Prior to joining the Business School Hsin worked as a researcher at Kingston University and as a visiting lecturer at Brunel University. She has been involved in a number of UK funded research projects with emphasis on entrepreneurship and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs).

Research Interests

Hsin’s research interests include the adoption and impact of integration technologies, small business management, Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERPs), e-Commerce and e-Business, broadband Internet and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). She is also interested in the organisational innovation, supply chain integration and RFID adoption in small businesses.
