Senior Lecturer in Applied Linguistics ELT
I am interested in all issues related to Language Teaching and Learning, Awareness Development, Second Language (L2) Materials Development as well as Language Acquisition. I am also interested in Cognitive Stylistics, Reader Response Theory and the use of Literary Texts for Language Teaching and Learning purposes. I am a member of MATSDA, the Materials Development Association.

- BA (Hons) Modern English Studies – University of Luton
- Certificate of Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages - Trinity College London
Teaching Expertise
- Co-ordinating and teaching units related to Applied Linguistics and English Language Teching (ELT), based on Second Language Acquisition (SLA), Language Teaching Methodology and ELT, as well as Stylistic Analysis, at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
- Supervision of BA, MA and PhD dissertations
- Managing and co-teaching the following programmes:
- Certificate in ELT
- MA in Applied Linguistics TEFL
- MA in ELT Management
- Co-ordinating and teaching units from the field of Foreign Languages at undergraduate level
