The Rotary Pursuit is a valuable piece of equipment for the study of perceptual motor skills and learning phenomena. It provides rotation speeds of 15, 30, 45 and 60 RPM and has preset rest and test periods of 20 seconds each. The participant's task is to maintain contact with the target spot using the metal stylus with their total time on the target spot being recorded.
