Research Interests
The signalling mechanisms of striated muscle remodelling: Striated muscle (skeletal and cardiac muscle) undergoes remodelling, either positive or negative, in response to physiological and pathological stress. My research interest lies in dissecting the signalling mechanisms that regulate the remodelling processes using cellular and molecular approaches, and to test therapeutic strategies using in vitro and in vivo models.
