In 2001, I joined the University of Bedfordshire as a part-time tutor and have since become full-time within the School of P.E and Sport Sciences.
Since 2001, I have helped re-structure the sports therapy units within the BSc programme.
I have a keen interest in rugby and retired as veteran player in 2003.
I currently enjoy cycling, tennis and swimming.
I am now unit co-ordinator for the following sports therapy modules and Award Leader for the Sports Therapy degree programme:
I have written The Complete Guide to Sports Massage (2000) and the recently published The Complete Guide to Sports Massage 2nd edition (2007). I am also
preparing material for commencing second book on Advanced Soft Tissue Techniques
In 2002 I completed my Masters degree with Middlesex University in sports therapy training.
As a sports therapist, I have provided sports therapy training for over 21 years.
I also practised as sports therapist at my old rugby club, Finchley RFC for over 10 years and attended many major sporting championships providing sports therapy services.
