Pauline is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour with an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London and a PhD in Facilitating Organisational Creativity and Innovation.
She has been a student of the University of Bedfordshire herself and graduated with a first class honours degree in Psychology and Business.
Pauline is a qualified teacher in HE and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and a member of the British Academy of Management.
Pauline has more than 20 years' work experience in the commercial sector, mainly in financial services with Barclays Bank and the Halifax Building Society in the capacity of departmental manager, and also as an Independent Advisor with Hambro Countrywide, TSB and Hill House Hammond.
Pauline's research interests are related to how HRM expertise can stimulate, support and sustain organisational creativity and innovation, providing potential for sustainable competitive advantage.
Other interests include cross-cultural perspectives on creativity and innovation, International HRM, organisational learning and knowledge management. Pauline's research has been presented at international conferences.
