Profile

Dr Qi (Jean) Wei, Lecturer

Jean is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. She is currently teaching MA and MSc in HRM modules including HRM, OB, Research Methods and Business Environment and Performance; MSc and PhD supervision. She has also taught in various other UK institutions including Royal Holloway University of London and Cass Business School, City University London.

Qualifications and Memberships
  • Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resource Management, London City University Cass Business School
  • MBA, Oxford Brookes University, Business School
  • Graduate membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
Research interests and publications
  • Her major research interests are Reward management, Performance Management, HRM, and IHRM.
  • Her recent publications can be found in Asia Pacific Business Review, and HRM: Key concepts by Routledge London.
