Sarah Jones is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management
teaching on two HRM postgraduate programmes: CIPD Advanced Level Diploma
(Bedford campus) and MSc Human Resource Management (Putteridge Bury). She also has responsibility for student
admissions to the CIPD Diploma and has course management responsibility for the
core units on the programme. She has been with the Department since 2007.
Sarah’s background is as an HR Manager in the aviation industry where she was primarily involved with Employee Relations. She also has experience of working in public sector Human Resources roles.
Sarah has a BA (Hons) English and History, an MSC Human Resource Management and an MA Women’s History. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Sarah is currently an external examiner for the University of Hertfordshire undergraduate business administration (blended learning) programme.
