The University of Bedfordshire is one of the top UK study choices for Bangladeshi students.

The number of Bangladeshi students on roll every year is between 120-140 and it is expected to rise further. Staff from the University of Bedfordshire have been visiting Bangladesh regularly over the past 10 years. Delegates from the University normally visit Bangladesh at least 4 times a year.

Why is the University of Bedfordshire such a favoured choice?

The key reasons are:

  • Close family ties between Luton and Bangladesh
  • Very competitive fees
  • Close proximity to central London and London Luton Airport ( A key centre for low cost European travel)
  • Excellence ratings for teaching quality
  • Wide range of computing programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
  • Scholarships for students from Bangladesh
  • Multicultural and lively towns, very welcoming to international students
  • Worship facilities available for all faiths in the towns; food and spices from South Asia are readily available
  • Wide choice of campus and private accommodation available
  • Excellent opportunities for part time jobs
