International
We are always delighted to hear of the successes and achievements of our graduates and hope you keep in touch when you complete your studies at the University of Bedfordshire.
Staff travel to Pakistan regularly and are particularly keen to meet with Pakistani alumni and update them on the latest news and developments, both at Bedfordshire and in Pakistan.
Occasional social events are organised in Pakistan to give you the opportunity to meet with other Bedfordshire alumni and we are happy to put you in touch with other alumni, as appropriate.
The British Alumni Association of Pakistan (BAAP) is a society of UK graduates living in Pakistan. It was launched in 2003 and is a national network with chapters in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
This alumni association has formed a network of mutually benefiting and sustainable relationships, which also includes Chevening scholarship holders as well as self financed graduates who have studied in the UK for a period of at least 1 year.
Members can benefit from sharing expertise, knowledge and information with people of similar educational background; offering and receiving career guidance and advice; and professional networking to establish contacts for business and career advancement. There are also social events including talks and seminars.
Visit the British Council Pakistan website for more information on your nearest chapter and how to join.
