The University of Bedfordshire will have representatives at London Heathrow Airport on the days listed below to meet and greet international students. The representatives will provide information and guidance on transport options to the Luton and Bedford campuses of the University. They will escort you to the National Express Bus station at Heathrow Airport. There will also be representatives to meet you in Luton who will escort you to the University or direct you to your accommodation. If you would like us to meet you and assist you on arrival at London Heathrow Airport, please complete the reservation form below.
You WILL be responsible for your travel costs. Make sure you have some UK currency with you. We suggest that you buy your coach ticket in advance online with www.nationalexpress.com as this will reduce the cost.
The cost of travel to Luton when paying cash at the terminal may vary from £25 for a coach to anything up to £45 - £80 for a taxi depending on which taxi company is used.

The University does not guarantee that the meet and greet service will be available where a student is delayed in arriving at the designated location or has provided the University with inaccurate details of arrival. With the exception of death or personal injury due to negligence of the University, the University will not be liable to the Student for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever.
