This section introduces you to the UK's Points Based System, with an outline of the different visa routes available for entering and remaining in the UK. Detailed information on how to apply for a Tier 4 General (Adult) from within the UK is available on this website to help you complete your studies.
We are here to provide general information and advice regarding certain visa routes.
For extending student visas (Tier 4 General) workshops are available on a weekly basis. The workshops are designed to help students prepare to send applications to the UK Border Agency.
During the sessions, the application form is looked at in detail and students are encouraged to ask any questions they may have about the form.
To prepare for the workshops we strongly advise students fill in the application form and bring the relevant documents. Places must be booked in advance for workshops. To find out when they are taking place please check our International Calendar
If you were granted the visa for your course in your home country and it was granted for the wrong length of time you may be eligible for a free correction.
