Overview

This course equips delegates with a realistic and practical opportunity to develop good practice in successfully delivering transformational change. By adopting a programme management approach such as MSP, organisations are better able to achieve their goals. On successful completion of the course, delegates will be awarded the MSP qualification, accredited by the APM Group.

On completion, delegates will have an understanding of:

  • governance themes
  • transformational flow process
  • identifying aims & identifying programmes leading to benefits to the organisation
  • monitoring & coordinating programmes
  • managing the transition process
  • closing the programme and ensuring the “End Goal” has been achieved.

All our courses can be delivered on site at your company premises, subject to a minimum number of delegates. Please ask for details.

Course duration

The course is five days in length, starting on a Monday, and finishing on a Friday, 9.00 am to 5 pm.

Certification

Following a multiple choice exam half-way through the course (Foundation stage), the MSP certificate will be awarded to those who have successfully completed the Practitioner exam held at the end of the course.

Entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements although the course is recommended for key decision-makers involved in Programme Management, and senior managers assisting in the achievement of transformational change.
