Trinity Estates is a Property Management company based in Hertfordshire.  Since their formation in 2000 the company has grown rapidly, now employing 100 people. They work closely with some of the country’s largest house builders, to design and implement high quality and cost effective management schemes.

Strategic requirement

The company’s rapid growth and success led them to start thinking about staff training. The company had created a team of middle management, many of whom were in their first managerial position. Trinity decided to contact the University of Bedfordshire’s Knowledge Hub to see how they could help with Trinity’s staff training.

Solution and project objectives

As many of the Trinity managers were in need of some management training it was agreed that the Knowledge Hub’s Effective Leadership Skills for Managers course would help provide them with necessary management and leadership skills to get the best out of their staff.

Successful outcomes for the company

After the first successful round of training, Trinity Estates continued to harness the expertise of the University with further courses designed to develop management skills. One of the courses embarked upon was to help them improve customer relations. The Knowledge Hub’s Customer Relations Management course was designed for this purpose and proved to be very appropriate for Trinity.
