Background

Jeff Frankling is Franchise Director for Dor-2-Dor UK, a company specialising in distributing leaflets and government information. They are part of a network of 24 franchised offices around the UK. Jeff had not originally sought language training, having never considered the possibility. However, as the company is looking to expand the franchise network into a selection of European countries including Spain, he decided it would be a good idea to learn Spanish.
