Skills for Growth is a fully-funded leadership and management course, supported by the European Social Fund in partnership with Central Bedfordshire Council and Bedford Borough Council.
Skills for Growth aims to provide better leadership and management skills to employees in key sectors of the Bedfordshire economy, leading to innovation and growth for the businesses where they operate.Training in leadership and management can further enhance an employee’s value to their company, especially in the current economic climate.
The Skills for Growth programme is available to employees who are aged 19+ years old and employed in Bedfordshire-based small to medium enterprises (SMEs) or public sector companies*.
It is aimed at middle managers or senior managers/directors.
*excluding businesses paying rates in LU1, LU2, LU3 and LU4
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a CMI Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management and will be eligible to progress to higher level CMI study.
