Free management training for graduates in employment and the recently unemployed

Graduates 2 Photo

  • Are you a graduate-level employee or do you have equivalent experience?
  • Or are you a graduate who has been made unemployed in the last 6 months?
  • Would you benefit from free training in management?
  • Make yourself even more valuable to your employer or potential employers!

If you hold a graduate-level qualification (it doesn’t need to be recent) or have equivalent experience, live in Bedfordshire* and work in a small to medium sized business or the public sector,  or have been recently made unemployed (the last 6 months), you could be eligible to undertake a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for FREE thanks to the Supporting Graduates in Employment programme.

  • Develop your skills and experience
  • Gain a recognised professional qualification
  • Enrich and transform the way you work
  • Benefit from free membership of the CMI for one year
  • Possibility of achieving ‘Chartered Manager’ status

We particularly welcome applications from ethnic minority, female and disabled candidates. Training will be organised to minimise disruption to the working day.

Some financial support is also available to single parents for child care.
