Plastics and Polymers Summit

At the Plastics and Polymers summit Luton Borough Council, the British Plastics Federation and the University of Bedfordshire brought together the plastics and polymers companies in Luton, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire and national raw material suppliers, to galvanise the regional polymers and plastics supply chain, catalysing collaboration and partnerships and promoting innovation and technological improvements within the region.

At the event a brief economic overview of the sector in the region was presented followed by short presentations on future innovations/trends in plastics and polymers.

We stimulated discussion on the issues affecting polymers and plastics businesses within the region and how growth and innovation can be supported.
