The University of Luton will be opening its doors on Saturday 11 March to allow prospective students to have a look around the campus and find out more about life in higher education.
Large numbers are expected following the success of the last Open Day on 4 February, when more than 450 people passed through the doors of the Park Square campus.
Head of Student Recruitment, Lalit Joshi, said: “It really was a phenomenal day. Prospective students came from the surrounding counties, the north of England, Scotland, Wales, the Channel Islands and even as far away as Cyprus!
“Now we are getting ready to do it all again and we hope that those already coming to Luton in September and those thinking about studying here in 2007 will come down and enjoy the day. Family and friends are welcome too.”
Lecturers will be on hand to answer questions about course work and assignments and student ambassadors will provide guided tours of departments. Current students will also be available to talk about their experiences.
