This is Caroline’s first event at the University of Bedfordshire and provides an exciting opportunity to experience a fresh approach and a different perspective on the facilitation of creativity.

Entrepreneurial ideas and creativity are the key to HFL’s success, so they’re encouraged and rewarded.

New ideas and ways of thinking provide energy that creates an environment and culture to maximize performance.

Caroline Russell is an associate of David Hall, CEO of the Horse Racing Forensic Laboratory, and shares his belief that creativity and innovation are at the heart of the people based culture. 

Caroline has worked very closely with David in recent years on creativity and innovation.

David Hall is a highly inspirational speaker and Visiting Professor of Creativity who shares his expertise and techniques through interactive events that provide valuable opportunities for audiences to benefit from this experience.
