As part of December's Department of Strategy & Human Resource Management research seminar series, Business School Bursary research student Raisa Arvinen-Muondo will talk about the 'Socialisation for Business Success' of African non-managerial expatriates when employed within a large Western multinational organisation.
Using the topic as a practical focus, Raisa will lead a discussion, as a contribution to research environment development, on lessons from a recent British Academy of Management workshop she attended on 'getting published in academic journals'.
