The University of Bedfordshire Business School is offering a
£10,950 bursary to one reader of the Luton News, Dunstable Gazette or Herald
and Post who can demonstrate commitment to boosting their career prospects
through a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
The bursary will pay – in full - for the one year, full time MBA course starting in September this year at the University’s Putteridge Bury campus.
The Business School MBA is a rigorous and intellectually demanding masters level programme, which offers a wide-ranging exploration of business theories and strategies, that link back to real-life business problems and current issues.
MBA Programme Director Tim Priestman, said: “This is a difficult time in business, so an MBA qualification can really put someone ahead of the pack. By embarking upon a course of MBA study, the student signals to an existing or future employer a commitment to taking charge of their career and to building strategic skills in readiness for increased management responsibility.
“We are proud to be able to offer this full bursary to a member of our local community and hope that their new-found business skills will not only benefit the individual, but also the economy in Luton and Dunstable.”
The Business School is also offering a number of half bursaries of £5,000 to MBA candidates. For more information visit www.beds.ac.uk/bedsmba.
The closing date is Wednesday 29 July. Terms and Conditions apply.
