Slip on your posh frock and dress to impress for a night to remember at the University of Bedfordshire.

The region’s most exciting new creative stars are being showcased at the University’s Art and Design Degree Show on Thursday, 11 June.

Friends and family of students, companies and the local community are all invited to the event, creatively titled “…”.

The free event will showcase graduates’ work in disciplines such as fine art, graphic design, animation, fashion, photography and interior design.

Last year’s event was a huge success and welcomed many who were impressed by the high calibre of the students’ work.

This year, the Graduate Fashion Show is at 5.30pm, 7pm or 8.30pm.

John Stephens, Head of the Division of Art and Design at the University, said: “The degree show is always a very big event with a fantastic atmosphere. People who attend get the first look at the very latest creative talent.

“The Art and Design team is made up of highly experienced, prolific industry professionals.

“They have achieved recognition this year with work bought by the Victoria and Albert Museum for the permanent collection, exhibiting internationally and writing commissions for highly regarded creative journals.”

The Art and Design Degree Show will take place at the University’s Park Square Campus, Luton, from 6pm.
