The University Choir will present their annual summer concert in conjunction with the Luton Astronomical Society. A programme of heavenly selections will be accompanied by instrumentalists and a presentation from Geoffrey Mitchell, founding member of the Astronomical Society.
Refreshments, including wine and soft drinks, will be served before the concert, from 7pm onwards. During the interval you will be invited to indulge in a ‘Cosmic Delight’; a non-alcoholic cocktail devised exclusively for the occasion, whilst soaking up the summer’s evening air and taking in the starry night sky from the Putteridge Bury observatory.
Tickets are priced at £8, or £6 for concessions, and can be pre booked via the Library Theatre Box Office on 01582 547474. Depending on availability tickets will also be available on the door on the night of the concert.
