Quartet Camerata are the resident quartet
at the University of Bedfordshire and have performed across the country
to critical acclaim at venues including the Victoria & Albert
Museum, English Heritage’s Wrest Park, Cambridge University’s Madingley
Hall, the Chelsea Arts Club and the Horniman Museum.
This November they return to Barton-le-Clay in the heart of rural Bedfordshire
to perform Vaughan-Williams’ quartet in g minor, the quartet in a minor
by Brahms and, to mark the 200th anniversary of the death of Haydn, the last two pieces composed for string quartet by this prolific composer.
