The Women’s National Commission has been funded by the Government Equalities Office to run a series of events in each of the English regions. These events will aim to address the challenges women encounter, and encourage women to seek out opportunities for taking part in public life.
If you like the idea of getting more involved in public life, and would like to find out about what opportunities there are and how your skills could be best used, these awareness-raising events are for you.
