Does your business need a bit of inspiration. Are you looking to unlock the potential of your employees?
An exciting new course at the University of Bedfordshire could be the answer and give your company the competitive edge it’s been looking for.
The MSc Managing Business Creativity and Innovation is aimed at managers and team leaders in small businesses and those working in larger organisations.
Course Director Dr Pauline Loewenberger, said: “If you want to succeed in business these days you need to be able to innovate, exploit new ideas and opportunities ahead of your competitors.
“Innovation is dependent on creativity but creativity isn’t just about aesthetics. Everyone is a potential source of creative ideas that are critical to outstanding performance. And in the current economic climate it is essential that businesses harness that creativity.”
The two-year, part-time course is set up to fit around busy work schedules and combines e-learning with monthly Saturday workshops.
Applicants must have a degree or equivalent.
