A Creative Writing student who graduated with First Class Honours in 2008 has had her first children’s book published.
Fungisayi Sasa’s new work is called The Search for the Perfect Head and centres on Rupert the stickman!
She grew up in Harare, the capital of Zimbabwe, before moving to England to live in Milton Keynes.
An accomplished writer of fiction and poetry, Fungisayi is currently researching her next work of children’s fiction.
She said: “My time at the University helped me develop my skills, channel my creativity and become a better writer.”
