A change of country and a change of career has worked wonders for music maestro Chris Sundive.
Chris, or Krzysztof Chojaczyk to give him his true identity, is a current third year Music Technology student having previously been an IT engineer in his native Poland.
Under the wing of course leader Dave Bessell, Chris has not looked back since coming to England and the University of Bedfordshire and is now releasing his own music through Ebony Red Records and Trance Allstars.
Chris said: “I was always into music and being creative, so I played in a few bands over the years, as well as DJing, Drum ‘n’ Bass promotion and event organisation. I also produced music for a couple of years - mostly because I like it!
“I didn’t really have a career in mind before I was interviewed by Dave and got accepted into the second year. That’s the first time someone evaluated my work and experience and it set me on a path of polishing my skills and setting new standards.
“This led me to the start of my current career and I’m very happy about how things have turned out for me so far.”
Chris has set up a professional project and mastering studio. And apart from releasing and remixing, he has also branched out into mastering for other artists on the same label.
You can now buy his tracks on more than 300 mp3 stores worldwide including the likes of iTunes, Juno Download, Beatport and Armada.
