The University of Bedfordshire was involved in the signing of an agreement between one of its partner colleges and one in China.
Professor James Crabbe, Dean of the Faculty of Creative Arts, Technologies and Science (CATS), was present in his capacity as the Chairman of Governors of Central Bedfordshire College.
He signed an agreement between the former Dunstable College, which has campuses in Dunstable, Houghton Regis and Leighton Buzzard, and the Beijing College of Science, Technology and Management.
Professor Crabbe was in Beijing as an invited keynote speaker at an international conference on photosynthesis.
