MP Gareth Thomas dropped by the University of Bedfordshire recently on a fact-finding visit.
The MP for Harrow West met staff at the new Campus Centre in Luton which opened its doors last autumn.
The Centre is part of a £140m development programme at the University which also sees the opening of new £40m halls of residence at the Luton campus in the autumn.
Pictured with Vice Chancellor Professor Les Ebdon CBE, Gareth Thomas said: “I enjoyed my visit to the University of Bedfordshire and was impressed by the quality of the facilities I saw and the dedication and professionalism of the staff I met.”
