Brian Dive is a graduate in Psychology and Business from Victoria University of Wellington. He is a vastly experienced international manager, writer and consultant. He has lived in New Zealand, The Netherlands and the UK, having conducted assignments in more than 70 countries around the world.
He has over 40 years experience in the areas of organization development, leadership and change management. He developed the Work Levels and Leadership Development methodology (first implemented in Unilever in 1997), which has been implemented in about 100 countries and in a number of companies, such as Tesco and more recently, Northern Rock, as part of its turnaround post nationalisation.
Brian has conducted consulting assignments in about 40 different organizations, including many diverse industries such as agriculture, airlines, banking, biosciences, chemicals, conglomerates, consumer goods, construction, education, electrical goods, insurance, media, publishing, professional services, retail, telecommunications, textiles and travel as well as many organizations in the public (mostly Whitehall) and not for profit sectors.
His career commenced in Unilever where he worked for many years, holding a number of senior HR posts, including that of Global Head of Organization. He was chairman of the New York Conference Board’s Council on International Organization and Management for 11 years, working with 30 of the world’s leading multinationals.

In 2010 Brian was chosen as Cambridge Who’s Who 2010 Professional of the Year in Organization and Leadership.
