Graham is a graduate in Business Studies from the Open University and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education. He is Chief Executive of The Leadership Associates, an organisation that specialises in leadership training, organisational problem solving and executive coaching.
He has spent most of his working life in the public sector and has been a training professional for over 20 years, spending 7 years as Head of a Home OfficeTraining School.
He took early retirement in 2005 to pursue a career in the private sector and set up The Leadership Associates in 2010, achieving CMI Approved Centre status to deliver the Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership in January 2011.
Graham specialises in Leadership and Strategic Change and is an associate at the Leadership Academy for Policing at Bramshill where he has developed and delivered a number of programmes across the Leadership spectrum.
He has written a number of articles, notably on Iconic Symbolism and Ethical Leadership, has developed the unique Personal Mapping Profile for Leaders and is currently writing his first book, ‘The Leadership Castle’.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Member of the Institute of Directors and the Institute for Learning.
