Research
Dr Kostas Kakavelakis is a lecturer in Organisational Behaviour at the University of Bedfordshire. To date his research interests have lied in the areas of organisational change, workplace learning and knowledge management.
Prior to be appointed as a lecturer he worked as a research associate on a large project aiming to identify links between workplace learning and performance in 13 sectors of the UK economy.
He has published several peer reviewed papers in academic journals such as Personnel Review, Journal of Education and Work and Work, Employment and Society
