Research
Agriculture and food production has become more knowledge- embedded and knowledge-intensive. Agricultural and food research continues to have an important impact on the sector. Therefore, the study aims to improve understanding of how to enable the effective translation of research outcomes to practical application in the complex and diverse agriculture and food supply chain.
Knowledge management has been well recognised as essential for achieving business success and maintaining organisation’s competitiveness. However, how to measure the KM success is still a challenge. The study aims to understand knowledge management success by examining its impact on the organisational performance.
