Research
The Munro Review and on-going work of the Social Work Reform Board have reinforced the importance of critical and reflective practice and that they are at the heart of high quality services for vulnerable children and families.
This one day seminar explores some of the barriers that can arise to working such a way and explores strategies for creating an environment that promotes a more analytical practice culture. The seminar will look at messages from research and the wider literature as well as looking at a number of practice tools that support analysis.
