Research
Keith Straughan is Dean of the University Centre Milton Keynes, having joined Milton Keynes College in July 2008 to set up the new University Centre. At Cambridge University he had enjoyed a successful academic career, latterly as Senior Tutor and Acting Bursar of Sidney Sussex College. He previously held faculty posts at Imperial College and several London medical schools and was the founder of five high-tech start-up companies.

Keith has degrees in physics, medical imaging and theology. He is the author of 111 papers and six patents.
