LIRANS Services include fabrication equipment for building planar structures - including screen-printing, cutter plotting and lamination.
The screen-printer is a semi-automatic machine particularly suited to printing on to flat rigid substrates with dimensions up to 100 x 100 mm.
Cutter-plotting is used to fabricate planar structures from sheet or roll materials using computer aided design (CAD) software and a precision cutter. It may also be used to deposit ink formulations onto roll or sheet materials. The substrate may be a single layer (e.g. polymer or paper) or may be a multi-layer structure (e.g. a double-sided adhesive tape to facilitate production of laminated structures).
