You should have a good honours degree (2:1 or above) or masters degree or equivalent in the relevant subject area.

During the past years, Issa has been working in the field of tourism planning and development, cultural heritage and ecotourism. She has considerable international experience in community-based tourism and heritage tourism (Costa Rica, Australia, Venezuela, United Kingdom, China, Brazil, Spain and France).
