Profile
Dr Alpár Jüttner, Research Fellow
Alpár Jütner obtained his M.Sc. in Mathematics and his PhD in the area of combinatorial optimization and its applications at Eötvös Loránd University of Sciences (ELTE), Budapest, Hungary in 1998 and 2007, respectively.
From 1997 to 2007 he worked at Traffic Analysis and Network Performance Laboratory of Ericsson Research Hungary as a Research Fellow, where he was involved in research projects focusing on various topics from fixed mobile network optimization to platform research.
At the same time, he did some rather theoretical research focusing on Parametric and Inverse Optimization problems. From 2003 to 2007 he was also a Research Fellow at the Department of Operations Research, ELTE, where he led more research projects focusing on the applications of Combinatorics and Operations Research to Telecommunications Networks related problems.
Currently, he is with the University of Bedfordshire, UK, as a Marie Curie Research Fellow.
