Research

Hailiang
Xiong was born in HuNan, China in 1981. He completed his BSc and MSc
in the Department of Telecommunications Engineering, XiDian
University, China, in 2005 and 2007, respectively. He joined the
State Key Laboratory of Integrated Services Networks (ISN) at XiDian
University in 2005 to start his research career, and is currently
working toward the Ph.D. degree in State Key Laboratory of ISN. He
has been awarded a scholarship under the China Scholarship Council to
pursue his research in Great Britain as a joint PhD student between
XiDian University and University of Bedfordshire. He is currently
working as a joint PhD student in the Centre for Wireless Network
Design (CWIND), Department of Computer Science and Technology,
University of Bedfordshire, UK. His research interests include signal
processing, digital communication, Ultra Wideband Radio, and
navigation & positioning.
