Ioan Sorin Comşa is a Ph.D. researcher with the Institute for Research in Applicable Computing(IRAC), University of Bedfordshire, U.K. He was awarded the B.Eng. and M.Sc. degrees in Telecommunications from the Electronics, Telecommunications and the Technology of Information Department, Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania in 2008 and 2010, respectively. Meanwhile, Ioan Comşa also works for the Grid and Cloud Computing Group, University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland. His current research includes multi objective radio resource scheduling in LTE/LTE-A networks using reinforcementlearning algorithms.
