Maurizio Caon received a BSc in Electronics and Computer Science Engineering from University of Perugia, Italy in 2007. He subsequently received M.Eng in Computer Science and Telecommunications from University of Perugia, Italy in 2010.
He was an intern as IMS smart services architect at the University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland of Fribourg. He is currently working on his PhD at the University of Bedfordshire, UK in collaboration with the University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland of Fribourg for his work in the area of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
In particular, the topic of his PhD thesis is Context-Aware Gesture Interaction for Ambient Intelligence.
