Gap Year

Take time out to earn, learn, gain work experience and/or travel. There are a large number of opportunities available each year in the UK and abroad.

Students who have taken a Gap Year may develop increased confidence, self-reliance, maturity and adaptability- precisely those qualities which employers value.

An entire industry has grown up around the Gap Year, and there are many websites and resources devoted to the subject. Do weigh up the pros and cons!
